The West Bloomfield Middle School Wrestling Team traveled to Anderson Middle School (Berkley) on Wednesday, Feb. 11th for their second dual meet of the season. Berkley took the first match of the night; however, the Lakers went on to win 13 of the next 14 matches! In the end, WB claimed 22 out of the 28 total matches! Of those 22 wins, 17 of them came by fall (pin). The Lakers walked away with their second win of the season with a final score of 124-34! Leading the team with 2 wins each were Roman Garcia & Tristen Bass! The Lakers head to Lakeland High School next Saturday (2/21) to compete in their first tournament of the season...the Brandon Calma Classic! Wrestling starts at 9 am. Go Lakers!
