In the JV soccer home opener against Orchard Lake St. Mary's, the Lakers found themselves in a hole early going down 0-2 in the first 20 minutes. However they stayed strong and were rewarded with a goal by Chad Chismody just before halftime. The second half was all West Bloomfield as Ilan Uzunov made it 2-2 from the penalty spot. They unfortunately ran out of time in the comeback as their first game of the season ended tied. Coach Baumann
