West Bloomfield Middle School, 8th Grade White, hosted South Hills Middle School for a hard-fought match. Our team put up a great fight from start to finish, ultimately falling 1–2 in a match filled with close sets and competitive rallies. The girls did an excellent job running a strong defensive system and showed great improvement in keeping the ball in play and working together as a team. One of the biggest highlights of the night was seeing our girls who are brand new to volleyball reach a major milestone of competing in their first game! Although the final score didn’t go our way, the team showed a lot of fight, teamwork, and progress. We’re excited to keep building on this performance! 🏐 Coach Valencia
