The WBMS 7th Grade Green Team traveled to Royal Oak on Monday for the third game of the season. The Lakers showed outstanding effort and perseverance throughout each set and won 2 out of the 3 sets, putting the current record at 3-0 for the Green Team. Set 1 was hard fought by both teams and ended up going into extra points with WBMS securing the 27-25 win. Set 2 was another tough battle, but WBMS ended up on top. Set 3 WBMS lost a close round of 13-15 which put us at an overall win of the game. The win was made possible by tough serves, strong communication, and an unmatched energy. The Green Team is hoping to continue their undefeated season this Wednesday (September 30) at WBMS against South Hills. Coach Bowen
