The West Bloomfield Middle School Wrestling Team traveled to Royal Oak Middle School on Wednesday (3/11/26). The Lakers won by their largest margin of victory in the history of WBMS wrestling with a final score of 236-59! Out of a total of 52 matches, WBMS won 42 to Royal Oak's 10! Of the 42 wins, 32 of them came by fall (pin)! The Lakers have now outscored their last two opponents 388-96! This win gives the Lakers their 7th consecutive win of the season! Leading the team with multiple wins each were Elias Denham, Slone Moore, Brandon Smith, Elijah Cannon, Roman Garcia, Max Alban, Ethyn Cameron, Jace Vining, Aaron Threets, & Matthias Hitchcock! Next up, the Lakers (7-0) travel to Lake Orion High School this Saturday (3/14/26) as they battle to earn another Top 3 finish in the Oakland County Middle School Wrestling Championships! Wrestling starts at 9 am! Their final dual meet of the season comes up next Monday (3/16/26) as they travel to Berkshire Middle School. Wrestling starts at 4:15 pm. Go Lakers!
