Varsity Boys Lacrosse Defeats Farmington United 12-2

The West Bloomfield High School Boys Varsity Lacrosse team delivered a commanding performance on the road, defeating Farmington United 12–2 in a complete team effort. From the opening whistle, the Lakers showcased exceptional ball movement, connecting on crisp passes and maintaining strong offensive rhythm throughout the game. Their physical presence was felt on both ends of the field, with the defense setting the tone early and consistently shutting down Farmington United’s attack. Leading the offensive charge was senior Kyle Geiser, who played with relentless grit and intensity, finishing with a game-high five goals. Geiser caught fire in the third quarter, recording a hat trick to help put the game out of reach. Alex Pomeroy added four goals of his own, continuing to be a reliable scoring threat. Yousef Mohammed made an early impact with two first-quarter goals before exiting the game due to injury. His early contributions helped establish momentum for the Lakers. Zach Boisvenu found the back of the net in the first quarter, while Gavin Anderson capped off the scoring with an impressive goal in the fourth. In net, sophomore Owen Dery delivered a steady performance, playing the full game and anchoring a defense that limited Farmington United to just two goals. At the faceoff X, Drew Dean controlled possession for the Lakers, winning 60% of his draws and giving West Bloomfield a consistent advantage. With a dominant showing across all phases of the game, West Bloomfield continues to build momentum and establish itself as a force this season.
