The Lakers rebounded in their second game of the day against Petoskey, demonstrating composure and growth. West Bloomfield traded goals early and trailed into the second half before turning the momentum in their favor. Aidan Moran played a key role in transition, helping settle possession and control the pace of play. Drew Dean, Alex Pomeroy, and Luke Redner each contributed timely goals, while Kyle Geiser led the offensive charge with two early goals and the decisive game-winner in the fourth quarter. The Lakers secured a hard-earned 6–5 victory to close out the day. Head Coach Paul Banicki praised the team’s development and cohesion following the win. “It’s great seeing the boys settle the ball in transition, making connecting passes, and distributing the ball for even scoring,” said Banicki. “We need to continue to clean up penalties and improve our substitution game. The team is picking things up quickly, and everyone contributed to this team win against Petoskey. Let’s keep sharing the ball, and good things will happen.” With the split on the road, West Bloomfield continues to build momentum and chemistry as the season progresses.
