West Bloomfield dropped Game 2 of Tuesday’s doubleheader to Waterford Mott, 19–4. The Lakers struck first in the opening inning when Analizabeth Rodriguez drove in a run, but Waterford Mott responded with a 12-run bottom half to take early control of the game. Mott continued to apply pressure offensively, adding six runs in the second and extending the lead in the third. West Bloomfield collected multiple hits in the contest, with contributions throughout the lineup, but was unable to keep pace with Waterford Mott’s consistent offensive production. In the circle, AnaLizabeth Rodriguez got the start for the Lakers. The team continued to compete through the remainder of the game despite the early deficit.
