Zev Gross took the ball for the first of two against Holly Saturday and was lights out, going 5 solid innings, allowing just 2 hits and fanning 8 while Finley Carter tossed the final two, giving up 1 hit and striking out three to shut out the Bronchos by a final of 4-0. Logan Scheidt launched his first varsity home run and drove in two while Mason Ermis went 2-3 with a run scored and 1 RBI, Connor Strong finished 1-3 with an RBI and Lewis Donaldson and Danny Owens had a hit each.
