The Girls JV Tennis team played a tough match today against Grosse Pointe South. The team was down eight players today which meant that every doubles team had to play two matches to accommodate our opponents. Many of our doubles matches were very exciting as the girls fought hard and played aggressively. Unfortunately, the team lost 8-2 to Grosse Pointe South. Winners for the day were: Winnie Washington & Kamora Gray 8-2 Maya Theobald & Ananya Gupte 8-2 Colette Clarke & Diya Sheth lost in a nailbiter match 7-8 (tiebreaker 3-7). The team's next match is our last home game of the season on Friday 5/8/26 at 3:45pm against Seaholm High School. Come out and cheer the team on!!
