Our next Senior Scholar Athlete Spotlight is on Luke Lalone. Luke was a multisport athlete for the Lakers competing three years on the hockey team as a defenseman and three years with our track team as a distance runner. He was part of the Lakes Valley Conference Champion hockey team in 2024-2025. His favorite memory is when the team went to Sault Saint Marie for a hockey showcase in his junior year and coming in first. Luke plans to attend Oakland Community College to pursue Engineering and then plans to transfer to Florida Tech. He will most miss playing hockey with his friends. Congratulations Luke! Go Lakers!!
