Game 2 of the 3 game series at Berkley saw Finley Carter get the call on the mound and he delivered, going 6 1/3 innings, allowing just two hits and striking out 2 and Jonathan Bowers came in and got the final two outs to earn the save in the 2-0 shutout of the Bears. Connor Strong went 2-4 with a double, Logan Scheidt was 1-4 with a double and scored both runs, Mason Ermis finished 1-4 with an RBI, Bryce Tillman-Jones was 1-3 and Lewis Donaldson and Jalen Morgan each had a double to round out the game. The Lakers host the Bears at home in the series finale on Wednesday.
