Our next Senior Scholar Athlete Spotlight is on Roman Johnson. Roman was a four year member of our basketball program and three year member of our track and field team. His favorite memory from WBHS athletics was signing music with his teammates while they worked out in the weight room. He also enjoyed practicing hurdles his sophomore year in track. Next Fall, Roman plans to attend Eastern Michigan University to study Aviation Flight Technology so he can learn to become an airline pilot. He will miss the practices with his team when they would be running for punishment, but everyone was laughing and having a great time in the middle of them running. Congratulations Roman! Go Lakers!!
