The Lakers welcomed in Waterford Kettering on Wednesday to conclude the game that was suspended on Monday due to inclement weather. The bats came alive to support the combined effort of Finley Carter and Mason Ermis, who teamed up to limit the Captains to 6 hits and 3 runs while striking out 7. Logan Scheidt went 2-4 with 2 doubles, 2 runs scored and an RBI, Carter finished 2-4 with a run scored and 2 RBI, Connor Smith was 1-2 with a triple and 3 runs scored, Jonathan Bowers went 1-1 with 2 runs scored and an RBI, Branislav Stojanovski was 1-1 with a double, a run scored and 1 RBI and Ermis, Adam Muhleck and Bryce Tillman-Jones each drove in run to round out the scoring.
