On August 27, the Lakers made the journey out to Romeo High School for their JV soccer game. They came out slow, conceding 2 goals in the first 10 minutes. Good defensive play from Ryder Lubaway, along with excellent midfield control for Casey Beyeh, helped the Lakers settle down and enter half 0-2. The second half proved to be better as they pushed forward creating many chances. The game ended 0-3 after a late goal sealed the game. Coach Baumann
